WHY PRESSURE COOKER COOKS THE FOOD FASTER THAN PAN?

BECAUSE PRESSURE COOKER IS CLOSED SYSTEM SO THERE IS NO HEAT ESCAPE FROM THE SYSTEM,THIS WILL INCREASE THE PRESSURE THEN THE COOKING SPEED ALSO INCREASES.      THE RELATION   PV=NRT SAYING THAT PRESSURE IS DIRECTLY PROPORTIONAL TO TEMPERATURE.
